I think the fact is about the producer’s morality and the government supervision. Firstly, this shows that the seller only cares about money and don’t pay attention to the customers’ health. And this also shows that the government sometimes isn’t responsible for the people in this country.
And we just talk about how to solve it. Here’s my advice:

2 improve the technology to recognize fake food and deal with it.
