我们平时的教学中,常有这样的问题,特别是到了高段,当我们在处理学生问题时,不管我们怎么说,怎么问,他们就是在我们面前就是守口如瓶,一言不发。原因我想多是因为我们平时或当时处理问题时的不恰当得表达让他们失去了信任和倾诉的兴趣。

阅读这个章节后,我感到,其实大人小孩都是一样的,我们都会有情绪,有时生气,有时愤怒,有时难过,有时失望… 试想一下,当我们自己处于这样的情况时,我们希望的难道是别人跟我们讲大道理和建议吗?… 当我难过或委屈的时候,我最不想听到的就是别人跟我将道理,提建议。我希望的只是倾听,理解。当我倾诉了一些糟糕的事情,并从别人那里得到理解,我会感到很安慰,心情也就好多了,这时的'我也许就已经可以客观的看待问题和解决问题了。其实,孩子也是这样的。所以,在我们面对孩子有情绪时,我们要明白:

1、当孩子有情绪时,孩子需要的是我们可以跟他产生共情,而不是跟他讲道理和建议。

2、不要担心我们说出他们的感受会让他们更难过,其实相反,这会让他们感到很安慰。

3、暂时忽略他们在情绪激烈时的激烈措词,也不要担心这会影响他们的品德发展,想想我们自己,生气的时候谁说话好听?(但是,可以在事情过后,帮助他们建立正确的情绪处理方式。)

4、比语言技巧更关键的是我们的态度。如果我们没有真正和孩子产生共情,无论我们说什么,在孩子眼里都是虚伪的,都是想对他们进行操控。只有我们真正和孩子有共情,才会打动孩子的内心。

那么,怎么样才能让孩子感觉到我们和他们产生共情呢?

1、全神贯注的倾听。

2、用“哦…”“嗯…”“这样啊…” 来回应他们的感受。

(以关心的态度和这些简单的语言回应,让孩子感受到我们的理解,能帮助孩子在叙述过程中,整理自己的思路和感受,从而有可能自己找到解决方法)

3、说出他们的感受:“对你来说,你一定很失望。”“听起来你有些讨厌这些作业。”

4、用幻想的方式实现他们的愿望。“我真希望能给你变出一盒巧克力。”“我真希望你的篮球能像姚明一样厉害。”

我们难过的是,虽然我们知道了这个道理,但是还是很难说能产生共情的语言。那时因为在我们的成长过程中,我们都有感受被否定的经历。所以,我们得先改变我们自己,不断学习,不断练习,这样才能让我们的孩子不在重蹈我们的覆辙。我们也才能对孩子的成长提供更多的帮助。

这段时间,初步阅读了《行走课堂----小学英语》,现结合第三部分合作学习的教学问题与对策“教师应当怎样对学生进行有效的指导与帮助”说说自己的体会。

首先来理解“有效”, “有效”是指在课堂教学管理中,教师的所作所为收到的效果与预期目标是相匹配的。课堂教学要有效,首先必须了解教育部课程标准对英语教学的目标要求。这一点对于小学英语教师来说非常重要,因为对于中学英语教师而言,课程标准既是日常教学的最主要依据,同时也是高考命题的重要根据之一。

而对于小学英语教师来说,只有深刻了解课程标准的目标要求,日常教学才知道哪些可为,哪些不可为,这样,有效教学才有可能起码的保证。在很多情况下,教师不仅是学生学习的“向导”,更是他们学习的“伙伴”。但这并不等于不需要教师在学生合作学习的过程中,适时地对学生进行有效的指导与帮助。实际上,在英语小组合作学习的教学过程中,教师应当在合作前用简单明了的英语明确指出小组合作的任务及操作程序,并在具体实施时对分组不够清楚、操作程序上有些偏差、落实到个体上也可能不明确的小组,要及时发现并提供必要的指导与帮助,以保障各小组的合作学习都能启动并且正常运行。

一、规范合作行为

在合作学习过程中,教师要认真观察和了解每个组的活动情况,对随时出现的问题要及时有效地解决。如:发现个别学生做与合作学习无关的事,不能用所学语言知识认真参与交流,小组成员在交流中发生争执或矛盾,教师都要及时地指导,再次明确要求,确保合作学习能够顺利开展。

二、发现语言火花

由于小组合作学习是在非常开放、宽松的氛围下开展的,小组成员的英语思维都非常活跃,语言交流的过程就成为学生间思维碰撞的过程,时常会有火花闪现。这种火花可能是一个富有创意的想法,也可能是一个富有哲理的话。教师要在倾听中努力去感受和寻找语言的魅力。必要时用英语进行恰到好处的点拨。这里需要注意,老师的“点拨”,决不能“越 代庖”,不能代替学生做他们自己能做的事,要适而可止,还是要把更多的空间留给学生自己。

三、排除语言障碍

由于学生个体的已有语言基储性格、情感、语言表达等因素的差异,在小组活动时时常会出现因为英语思维受阻而不能深入的情况。这时需要教师及时地点拨或给予帮助,使学生很快地排除语言障碍。此时,如果教师能及时介入并根据具体情况,协调组内成员的关系,就可以保障合作学习的顺利进行。如果某个小组经常出现不和谐的现象,就要考虑调换小组成员。

四、深化语言交流

在开始采用合作学习这种学习形式时,小组的语言交流和讨论往往容易停留在浅层次和表面化。此时,教师角色不能对他们不闻不问。如果对他们置之不理,一方面会导致学生的合作学习活动表层化,不求甚解;另一方面,在丧失组间竞争意识的同时,会给合作学习的秩序产生影响。因为已经完成任务、无所事事的小学生难免会产生影响其它组的'行为。所以,教师应对这样的小组的合作学习成果进行检查。如果他们的想法是正确的,可以及时表扬,并引导他们整理小组的合作过程和结果,准备在全班交流。也可以提出深一层的合作要求,把学生的语言思维引向深处。例如:可以让学生这样思考:Is it right or wrong ? How do you know the answer ? Do you have any question ?

这样就使学生在运用发散思维的过程中,不仅要关注语言的流畅性,还要关注语言的正确性和独特性。

在英语教学中,学生往往对简单枯燥的单词学习不感兴趣,因此,如何在教学活动中激发学生内驱力、求知欲及充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神,就成了关键。如果我们老师能做好有效得指导,学生的合作活动就能加大学生语言输入量,激发他们的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力和创造力。就会使学生在语言学习中建立起自信,享受到学习的快乐,真正成为学习的主人。总之,学生在小组合作学习的过程中,教师的引导起着至关重要的作用。单这种引导一定要适时,适度,要“引在迷茫困惑之时,导在百思不解指出”。

从事初中英语教学工作的老师都知道这样一个规律:在初中三年的英语学习过程中,那些养成良好英语学习习惯的学生,即便小学时的基础不好或者是零基础,也能稳步提高自己的成绩;相反,那些学习习惯较差的学生,哪怕基础再好,也会在学习过程中逐步丢失自己的优势,甚至会掉队。因此,良好的学习习惯在英语学习过程中显得尤为重要。笔者拟从如何培养学生良好的英语学习习惯出发,谈一点自己的认识。

一、什么是学习习惯

《中学英语课程标准》指出:“基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略。”英语教师的首要任务应该是帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。学习习惯是在学习过程中经过反复练习形成并发展,成为一种个体需要的自动化学 良好的学习习惯,有利于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性;有利于形成学习策略,提高学习效率;有利于培养自主学习能力;有利于培养创新精神和创造能力,使学生终身受益。

二、如何培养学习习惯

培养良好的学习习惯不是一蹴而就的,它需要严格要求,且经过长期的训练,重视起始阶段,由易到难、循序渐进。任何一种语言都是一个完整的体系,这个体系包括语言知识(语音、词汇、语法、语篇等)和语言技能(听、说、读、写)两个部分。从认知角度看,听和读是语言理解和信息输入能力,说和写是思想表达和信息输出能力。这四种技能在语言学习中相辅相成,互相促进。

1.培养“听”的习惯

“听”是语言、知识、信息获取的。重要手段,是语言学习的第一步。在英语学习过程中可以从以下几个方面着手:

(1)坚持全英文教学。教师在课堂上应尽可能坚持全英文教学,给学生提供一定的语言环境。提醒学生关注教师课堂上的每一句话,并要培养学生认真聆听他人回答问题的习惯。

(2)关注课堂上的听力材料。对课堂上使用的听力材料要坚持做到三个步骤:泛听,即从头至尾粗略地听完,了解听力材料的基本内容,在这一过程中教师可以提出几个难度较低的问题;精听,即逐句播放录音,听清材料中的每个细节;边听边复述。

(3)坚持课外听力练习。鼓励学生通过观看英语节目和收听外文电台,增加自己获取信息的途径。此外,看英文电影、听英文歌曲是练习听力的好方法。

2.培养“说”的习惯

英语首先是一种语言,它的性质决定了“说”的地位。一些学生在经过几年甚至十几年的英语学习后仍然无法开口,成为“准聋哑人”。这一现象值得每一位英语教学工作者重视。教师要鼓励学生不仅在课堂上用英语对话交流,而且要在日常生活中尽量多用英语表达,帮助学生克服害怕犯错、害怕说英语的紧张心理,忽略学生在口语表达中出现的一些不影响理解的小问题,鼓励他们大胆大声地表达自己的想法。

此外,教师可以在课外多创造机会让学生开口说英语。

在初高中英语衔接教学中,教师只有充分了解学生的实际情况,才能把握好教学的起点难度和课堂教学容量。根据任教的高一两个班级英语教学的实际,结合四川新课程改革要求,笔者认为,民族地区有效开展初高中英语衔接教学的难点主要有以下两个方面:

1.学生英语基础薄弱

语言知识体系缺漏,学生音标基本不会读,重音不会认,发音不到位,“方言英语”严重;词汇量严重偏少,基本的初中词汇无法识别和拼写;五种简单句式结构不清楚,主谓宾等基本概念不清晰;基本的时态、语态等语法知识不会用。

语言运用技能缺乏,学生阅读习惯较差,阅读速度较慢,缺乏把握文章的篇章结构和深层次含义的能力,阅读理解错误率较高;无法听懂老师的英文授课,也无法在课堂上用英语表达自己的想法;很难独立、正确地完成一个句子,造出的句子基本上是中国式英语或简单的单词堆砌。

2.初高中英语教学内容跨度大,难度增加

初中英语教学涉及的内容浅显易懂,教学时间充裕,强调学生听说能力的培养,学生仅靠机械记忆,一般都可以解决问题。而高中英语教材不仅容量大,难度也大,时间紧,实施新课改后更是如此。因此,新课改后的高中英语学习,许多问题需要靠学生理解后才能解决,单纯死记硬背已经无济于事。

二、初高中英语衔接教学策略

1.培养良好的英语学习习惯

埃德加富尔所说:“未来的文盲,不再是不识字的人,而是没有学会怎样学习的人。”良好的学习习惯是英语学习的前提。学生刚进入高中,一切都是新鲜的,容易接受新的理念,这个阶段有利于学生学习习惯的重塑。笔者在教学过程中着重培养学生以下几个方面的学习习惯:

(1)使用工具书的习惯

学好英语,相关的工具书是必备的。一是指导学生选择一本词典,将词典作为英语学习的良师益友,学会查阅词典,强调英英对译。让学生遇到词汇方面的问题时,首先自己动手查阅词典而非被动等待老师解答,这样学生对于词汇的印象会更为深刻;二是准备一本好的语法工具书,经常翻阅,逐渐将语法知识消化吸收;三是学生要养成平时收集阅读过程中的词汇、短语和文化背景资料的习惯,使所收集资料成为学生的第三部“工具书”。

(2)开口讲英语的习惯

新课改突出强调以学生为主体,提高学生的语言应用能力。针对民族地区学生课堂英语学习难开口的特点,笔者认为可以从以下方面鼓励学生多讲英语。一是坚持英语课堂值日报告,每堂英语课前五分钟由学生做值日报告,内容、题材不限,学生表现作为期末考评内容之一;二是多开展英语演讲、歌唱活动,寓教于乐;三是营造宽松的课堂环境,消除学生讲英语的恐惧感,老师应以鼓励为主。

(3)整理错题的习惯

要求学生对于每一次作业和考试中的错误,建立专门错题集,用不同颜色的笔分析、整理,归纳总结错误原因。对于错题,要求学生当天整理,定期复习,考前必看,减少考试中类似错误的发生。整理错题的习惯,可以完善学生知识体系,提高复习的效率,做到有的放矢。

2.查漏补缺、夯实基础

(1)补习语言基础知识

利用开学前几周的时间,集中对学生的语音知识、重点语法知识、重点的单词、短语和句型三大块进行补习。首先,对学生进行20个元音音索,28个辅音音素的教学,老师先做示范,学生认真模仿,矫正自己的发音,然后根据拼读规则学会拼读单词,并在读的过程中注意重读、浊化。只有把单词读准了,单词才能记得牢,提高英语口语和听力才有可能;其次,复习初中重点的语法知识,比如划分句子成分,五种简单句式结构,几种时态和简单从句的应用等;另外,以检测的方式复习初中重点单词和短语以及句型。

(2)语言应用能力的培养

培养学生的阅读技能和写作技能,提高学生应用语言的能力。阅读能力的培养方面,要指导学生阅读一些课外经典英文读物,扩大阅读面,同时开展课堂限时阅读练习,提高学生的阅读速度,另外,在课文教学过程中有针对性地培养学生猜词、概括文章大意的能力。写作能力培养方面,要鼓励学生多看优秀范文,平时做好句型句式的积累,同时要规范学生的书写。

3.充分利用信息技术促进教学

理县七一中学经过灾后重建,设施设备非常完善,是四川省中小学现代教育技术示范学校。每间教室配有多媒体和电子白板,为有效开展初高中英语衔接教学创造了条件。笔者认为,可以充分利用学校良好的资源条件,通过视频和影像资料,创新教学模式,丰富课堂教学内容,激发学生的学习热情。

One of the best spiritual books ever written for me is The Little Prince by Antoint de Saint-Exupery. Although is usually sold as book for children, it is nevertheless book for adults, because more then children, adults are they who need to be reminded on simple truths about real values in human life.

This enchanting novel came into my life on my 20th birthday as a present from one special person. In the following years I discovered that guy who gave me that book was not so special at all, but The Little Prince stayed with me as my faithful and sparkling companion in the many crucial moments of my life.

Antoint de Saint Exupery, world famous writer and pilot, wrote it to his and our inner child, this little sparkle of joy, love and innocence everyone of us carry in the hearts. His words touch deeply, they lead to the core of reader`s inner being and open hearts of the reader for the accepting the deeper meaning of human existence in universe.

The Little Prince is powerful story, written from pure essence of love, simple and unbelievable strong 。 It also faces us with our many human ego-trips which do not allow us to experience freedom and joy of life and make us, adults so rigid and strange in innocent eyes of children.

While travelling with the little prince through the universe and accompanying him on the Earth reader will experience many moments of inner enlightenment, moments of joy and deep sadness. Yes, this adventurous novel is deeply emotional from the very beginning to the end - it surrounds one with brilliant sparkles of deep love and innocence, it makes one laugh and cry together with the little prince, it teaches one responsibility, it gently heals the soul, it reminds one on truth about immortality, it shows to all of us the ways how we can create much better world then we now live in and explains one why is this worthwhile.

The Red and the Black is a profound and witty book about the rise of a poor, handsome and intellectually gifted, young provincial into the salons of High Society in Paris.

Handsome and ambitious, Julien Sorel is determined to rise above his humble peasant origins and make something of his life-by adopting the code of hypocrisy by which his society operates. Julien ultimately commits a crime-out of passion, principle, or insanity-that will bring about his downfall. The Red and the Black is a lively, satirical picture of French Restoration society after Waterloo, riddled with corruption, greed, and ennui. The complex, sympathetic portrayal of Julien, the cold exploiter whose Machiavellian campaign is undercut by his own emotions, makes him Stendhals most brilliant and human creation-and one of the greatest characters in European literature.

I really enjoyed this book. Unlike many reviewers, I feel the book does transcend time. American people and culture today, computers and all, are a lot like those in Stendhals 19th century France.

The main characters strike me as real, and quite complex. Julien is a typical adolescent/ young adult: Idealistic, searching and unsure of himself. To me, it is amazing to what how the world interacts with and alters his self-image. Mathilde is equally interesting. She reminds me of a flighty alternative girl, looking for a dream of simmering romance. And MME de Renal is a wonderful, believable woman, falling in love late in life, victim of the missing husband syndrome.

Like people today, Stedhals characters are a bundle of contradictions. Is Julien a villain, an angel, a self-serving climber or a man truly in love, searching for his higher self? Aloof or loveable? Is MME de Renal a devout, moral patroness, devoted to her family, or the vilest of adulators, ready to turn her back on duty for the simmer of love? Is Mathilde submissive, or arrogant and dominant? The answer to all questions is yes. We are all divided.

Be honest with yourself for a minute. Arent people sometimes cruel, and sometimes kind; Sometimes, honest, sometimes mildly deceitful, telling white lies, and sometimes bold-faced liars? Since Stendhal is faithful to this, and does not give us character in black and white, he has produced a masterpiece.

上学期的教师节上,林校长选了《教育生命的突围》这本书给我,本学期每次和学生一起阅读时,都拿着它看一看,书中闪光的思想、精练的语言,像一场及时雨,激励着我不断地进行阅读。

初次看到书名,心中有个问号:什么是教育生命的突围,看了这本书后,书中出生于20世纪70年代的教师们的亲身经历,不仅让我感受到了一股顽强、让人敬畏的生命力,而且也让我感受到了突围的真正含义。突围是一种不断向外挣脱、向外冲击的状态。出生70年代的他们,经历着传统与时代改革的时期,他们不安于现状,从强大的、慵懒的惯性中运转的封闭圈子中突破出来。他们 环境中寻找每一次自我提升的机会。他们用阅读赢得生存,并用博客看世界。对于现实的艰难,他们从不回避、抱怨,从他们内心的教育理想被点燃的那一刻起,阅读和写作就是他们最可依托的追逐梦想的阶段。

反观他们,我感到很惭愧。每次都有无数次的读书计划,却总是不能很好地坚持。记得《士兵突击》里的一句台词:“想到和得到,中间还有两个字,那就是要做到。”光有梦想还不行,一定要去“做”,要脚踏实地。我希望自己也能成为像他们那样更多地进行阅读和写作。现在的工作节奏非常快,平时我常常感到自己的时间不够用,天天是备课、上课、辅导、改作业、反思。我们读书的时间从哪里来?我想应该是要每天挤出时间,一有空就读书,不间断地读书。只有通过不断的读书,使自己所从事的这种工作所需要的知识成为你所具备的知识海洋的沧海之一粟,这样在教学生活的才能面对一切而左右逢源,游刃有余。潺潺小溪,每日不断,注入思想的大河。

读书,是一种积累;写作,就是积累的表达,二者都在拓宽和建构自己的精神空间。左手读书,右手写作,愿自己的每天更充实、更幸福。

The most impressive part of the book for me is Jane Eyres first rebellion in her childhood. It showcases the protagonist Jane Eyres strong self-esteem and extraordinary personality.

The early deaths of her parents were already unfortunate enough for Jane Eyre, and her life at Gaixian Hyde House caused her young heart to be traumatized again. Aunt Reeds indifference, her cousins harsh language and violence have caused her too much pain, but what can she do? Who let her only known relatives be this family? She silently endured all of this until her aunt locked her in the red room. She was frightened by visual illusions and fainted, but her aunt still ignored her and forcefully pushed her back into the room. For her, the red room was a bottomless abyss, and she wanted to escape from it, but she was helpless and powerless.

Jane Eyre saw through this ruthless family and began to rebel with her own words. She expressed her hatred towards this family through her words and actions. She wanted the entire Gaixian Hyde House family to know that everyone is born equal and no one is a machine without emotions.

At that moment, she truly grew up and had the ability to fight against those who despised others, which was also an important step towards her maturity.

Sense and Sensibility was the first Jane Austen published. Though she initially called it Elinor and Marianne, Austen jettisoned both the title and the epistolary mode in which it was originally written, but kept the essential theme: the necessity of finding a workable middle ground between passion and reason. The story revolves around the Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne. Whereas the former is a sensible,, rational creature, her younger sister is wildly romantic--a characteristic that offers Austen plenty of scope for both satire and compassion. Commenting on Edward Ferrars, a potential suitor for Elinor's hand, Marianne admits that while she "loves him tenderly," she finds him disappointing as a possible lover for her sister.
